  • Delivery Time: Shipping takes 5-7 working days for City Areas and 7-10 working days for Remote Areas.

  • Tracking: Customers will be provided with a valid tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • Responsibility: Claire  Organic  is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is Damaged or Not as Described.

  • Mandatory Evidence: A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to claim a refund.

  • Evaluation: Our team reserves the right to evaluate the video proof before issuing a refund.
